About/Bio

Dr. Carlo Vittorio Giabardo is a Senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Law at the University of Turin, where he teaches “Climate Change Litigation”. He is also qualified as an “Associate Professor”. Previously, he was a Tenure-Track Professor of Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (Lima), where he has also been a Visiting Professor. Before that, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Girona. His research interests include Climate Change Litigation, Civil Procedure and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, and Comparative Law more broadly.
