Emma Baldi is a PhD student in International and Public Law, Ethics and Economics for Sustainable Development at the University of Milan, Italy. Her research focuses on access to justice and reparations for business-related human rights abuses. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Milan and an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.
