Victoria Skeie

About/Bio

Victoria Skeie is a doctoral research fellow at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights (NCHR) researching legal policy frameworks aimed at combatting forced labour. Previously, Victoria has worked at the secretariat for the Council on Ethics for the Government Pension Fund Global (GPFG). She holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of St Andrews and an MPhil in Human Rights from the University of Oslo.
