Dr. Gabriela García Escobar is a Professor of Public International Law and International Human Rights Law, Universidad Panamericana (Mexico). She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Geneva and a Master in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva.
