Professor Hélène Ruiz Fabri is Director of the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law and Head of the Department of International Law and Dispute Resolution. She was previously Professor at the Sorbonne Law School (University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and Director of the Joint Institute for Comparative Law (CNRS/Paris 1).
