Marco Bocchi is an Italian Lawyer, Ph.D. Candidate in International Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy) and Visiting Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg (Germany). His research focuses on various issues related to human rights law, particularly on human rights’ implementation in national legal orders, comparative analysis of international human rights protection in different regional systems, and the intersection between human rights, general principles of international law and environmental law.
