Kenneth Chan is a Senior Researcher at the Walther Schücking Institute of International Law in the University of Kiel, Germany. His research is focussed on the laws of war generally and the use of force specifically. Kenneth holds a PhD from the KU Leuven and an LLM from Leiden University.
