Ilya Nuzov is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva and a teaching assistant on international humanitarian law, Transitional Justice and Human Rights in Times of Armed Conflict at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. His main research area and publications concern the legal aspects of Transitional Justice in the post-Soviet space, including Ukraine and Russia. Anne Quintin is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva and a teaching assistant on international humanitarian law at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. Between 2006 and 2014, Anne worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), both at the Headquarters in Geneva and in the Washington, DC delegation, and for the International Institute of Humanitarian Law in San Remo and in Geneva. Publications include the third edition of How Does Law Protect in War? (ICRC, 2009).
