Giulio Bartolini is full professor of international law at the Department of Law, Roma Tre University. Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook of International Disaster Law (Brill), he teaches IDL at the Geneva Academy of IHL and HRs. He was legal assistant to the ILC Special Rapporteur Eduardo Valencia-Ospina. Member of the ESIL Board.
