About/Bio

Ludovico Carofano is a PhD Candidate in International law at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Trento and a Master in Cultural Property Protection in Crisis Response from the University of Turin. His PhD project focuses on the protection of cultural heritage in crises and explores the relationship between cultural heritage, human rights protection, and security concerns at the international and EU levels.
