Zeineb Bouraoui is an incoming international arbitration & public international law associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. She recently earned her LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School, where she notably advocated for the rights of wrongfully detained Yemeni activists through Harvard International Human Rights Clinic’s collaboration with Human Rights Watch. Before that, Zeineb was a junior policy analyst at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) Investment Division, where she worked on investment treaty policy and contributed to the OECD’s Freedom of Investment Roundtable, an intergovernmental forum hosted by the OECD Investment Committee, which brings together some 54 governments from around the world to exchange information and experiences on investment policies. Zeineb earned her undergraduate degree and her first degree in law from Sciences Po Paris.
