Dr. Toni Selkälä is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Turku. He has been an exchange research fellow at Vrije Universiteit Brussels and the Uehiro Oxford Institute at the University of Oxford. Dr. Selkälä is a member of ILA (Finland). In the past, he worked for the European Parliament.
