Lieutenant Colonel Tom Oakley is a Judge Advocate in the United States Army currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at the United States Military Academy. His portfolio includes course-directing Advanced Law of Armed Conflict and Introduction to Legal Studies, and teaching Constitutional and Military Law. Lieutenant Colonel Oakley has extensive experience serving as a legal advisor to Army forces, with several deployments to Iraq.
