Eleanor Benz

Eleanor Benz is a research fellow at the University of Potsdam. She holds a law degree from the University of Heidelberg and has also studied at the Universidad de Chile. She is currently working on her PhD thesis on the advisory function of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
