Sebastián Rioseco is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He holds a Master of Public and International Law and a PhD, both from the University of Melbourne. His research focuses on treaty implementation, with a particular interest in the activities of Conferences of the Parties (COPs) across different areas of international law.
