About/Bio

Dr Oktawian Kuc, LL.M. (Harv.) is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Warsaw. Formerly a Legal/Policy Officer at the UN, he was an ASIL Helton Fellow and a DAAD Fellow at the Max Plack Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. He holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Warsaw and LL.M. from Harvard Law School. His most recent monograph, titled International Court of Justice and municipal courts, was published in 2022 by Routledge.
