Sylvain Keller
Sylvain Keller is preparing a PhD student in the field of international law at the University of Orléans entitled "Legal responses to terrorism in Syria and Iraq". Mr. Keller is also taking part in the preparation of the UNODC Global Report on Trafficking in Persons 2024. He previously worked at UNODC Terrorism Prevention Branch and for the French Ministry of foreign affairs.
