Kate Mitchell
About/Bio
Kate Mitchell is a DPhil in Law candidate at the University of Oxford. Her DPhil research examines the right to regulate in the public interest in international investment law. She has tutored Public International Law at Oxford, where she was also convenor of the Oxford Public International Law Discussion Group and Deputy Chair of Oxford Pro Bono Publico. She graduated from Bond University in Australia with First Class Honours and the University Medal in her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. She also holds a Bachelor of Civil Laws degree (with distinction) and an MPhil in Law from Oxford University.
