M. Emre Hayyar is a doctoral researcher at UWE Bristol and a member of the Research in Public International Law (RIPIL) research group. He completed his LL.B. at Istanbul University and received LL.M. degrees from Ghent University (in International and European Law) and Istanbul Medipol University (in Public Law). He is also a member of the Istanbul Center for International Law.
