Mohit Khubchandani

About/Bio

Mohit Khubchandani is an India-qualified Public International Lawyer. He is currently a Visiting Foreign Lawyer in the International Arbitration Group at WilmerHale, London. He has previously, amongst other places, worked at the International Court of Justice, United Nations, and Government of India. He holds a Masters in Law from Stanford Law School. In 2022, Mohit authored the case for Leiden University’s 45th Telders International Law Moot. This was a simulation of proceedings at the stage of reparations at the ICJ, concerning environmental compensation from space debris.
