Norbert Tóth
Norbert Tóth is a university lecturer in international law at the Åbo Akademi University (Turku/Åbo, Finland) and an Associate Professor in international law at the University of Public Service (Budapest, Hungary). He holds a Master’s degree in law and a Masters in Political Science. Besides, he obtained his PhD in 2013 in international law and habilitated in 2024. His main fields of research include international minority rights law, international human rights law, the law of diplomatic and consular relations, European integration, and EU law. He authored more than a hundred publications including three books so far on various matters of international law.
