Alina Papanastasiou is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge. Her research explores the limits of international courts’ and tribunals’ jurisdiction, with a particular focus on the concept and treatment of incidental questions. She also has experience as a practitioner in public international law and international (investment and commercial) arbitration.
