Martin Fink
Martin Fink is an associate professor of Military Law at the Faculty of Military Sciences of the Netherlands Defence Academy. He serves as a navy Captain in the Royal Netherlands Navy. He finished his PhD at the University of Amsterdam. His research interests include the law on naval operations and the law of naval warfare in particular.
