Aleydis Nissen is an assistant professor of international law at Universiteit Antwerpen and a senior research fellow at the Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique (FNRS-F.R.S.) and the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). This post is dedicated to the late Brandon Valeriano, who lived life with depth and generosity, and maintained a lasting curiosity about South Korea’s soft power.
