Harold Bertot Triana (Havana, Cuba, November 9, 1986). Professor of Public International Law at the International University of Enterprise (UNIE) in Madrid. Adjunct Professor of Public International Law at CUNEF University and of Human Rights at the European University of Madrid. Director of the Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations at the International University of Enterprise. Coordinator of Public International Law at CUNEF University. Academic Secretary of the Ibero-American Electronic Journal of the Center for Ibero-American Studies, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and the Francisco de Vitoria Institute for International and European Studies at Universidad Carlos III of Madrid. Ph.D. in Social and Legal Sciences (Law specialization) from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Summa Cum Laude, Social Council Award, and Extraordinary Award in Social and Legal Sciences from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos). Inter-University Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Diplomatic School of Spain, a Master’s Degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the University of Havana, and a Law Degree with Gold Honors from the University of Havana. He is an Accredited Associate Professor and Private University Professor (ANECA). He has held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Havana (Cuba).
