Juan Pablo Hernández Páez is Assistant Professor of Law at Universidad Francisco Marroquín (Guatemala) and the founder of The Treaty Examiner, an online journal of international law and dispute settlement. He has written in a wide range of areas of international law, including the peaceful settlement of disputes and international criminal law. Moreover, he serves at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guatemala, where he advises on multilateral policy regarding the Sixth Committee of the United Nations General Assembly.
