Valentin Martin is a PhD student in international law and lecturer at University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He holds a Master's degree in international law and a Master's degree in East Asian Studies. His research focuses primarily on the foreign legal policies pursued by States (particularly China) and international institutions with a view to fostering the development of new international legal norms.
