Javier Urizar Montes de Oca (he/him) is an officer for the Legal and Business & Human Rights Programmes at the International Service for Human Rights (ISHR), while also being their focal point in Latin America. He was a recipient of DLA Piper's Global Scholarships Programme and previously served as a human rights researcher (focused on the Inter-American System), an analyst for the Judicial Observatory of the Criminal Justice System, and a paralegal at the International Justice Mission in Guatemala.
