Paula Fischer</a>is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Institute for International Peace and Security Law at University of Cologne. Her research focuses on the use of force in international law and issues of general public international law. Her dissertation project deals with the impact of factual errors on the exceptions to the prohibition of the use of force. Paula obtained her Magister Iuris from Cologne University in 2017. She also holds a Maîtrise en Droit from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Paula teaches first year students in criminal law. In 2018, she was a visiting scholar at Columbia Law School." />
