César Bazán Seminario is a Peruvian lawyer and human rights activist. He holds a master’s degree in Latin America Studies from the Free University of Berlin and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Freiburg. He is Lecturer on the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
