Katia Hamann is a PhD candidate and research assistant at the Chair for International Law, European Law and Public Law at Bucerius Law School, Hamburg. Her research focuses on non-refoulement obligations in the context of climate change. She studied law in Düsseldorf, Maastricht and Pretoria and holds an LLM in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
