Dr. Tal Mimran is an Associate Professor at the Zefat Academic College and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is the Academic Coordinator of the International Law Forum of the Hebrew University, a fellow at the Federmann Cyber Security Research Center in the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University, and head of a program at Tachlith Institute.
