José Saldaña Cuba is a Peruvian socio-legal researcher and human rights lawyer. Doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of McGill University. LLM in Human Rights from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, and a Master in Political Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya (2024), Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2014 – 2022), Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (2022) in courses such as Constitutional Law, Legal Argumentation, Legal Anthropology, among others.
