Barry de Vries is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Chair for Public Law and Public International Law at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen (Germany) and an Associated Researcher at Peace Research Institute Frankfurt. His research focuses on international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and arms control law.
