Thomas Obel Hansen

About/Bio

Thomas Obel Hansen is the 2023-24 Maria Zambrano Distinguished Researcher (Recualificacion) with Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain). He is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law at Ulster University (UK) and a member of the Transitional Justice Institute (TJI). He holds an LLM (2007) and PhD in Law (2010) from Aarhus University Law School (Denmark). He is currently writing a book "Judging the Powerful in Global Accountability Regimes" (forthcoming Routledge).
